More to the point, this is the direct result of telling an entire generation of kids that every last one of them can and should become a computer programmer. So you send their ass to the "coding dojo" between the Great Clips and the Subway for 2 hours a week over 6 weeks, and then employers pick them over people with, ohidunno, 16 years of experience with Python and Linux. Your fault. When your firm is ready for a *real* engineer, give me a call.
