#day9 update:
More steak and more gainz. Feeling achy this morning but went to gym anyways. Now I just feel pain all over. I am in good spirits though. Already seeing progress which is a good sign imo. Today’s weight was 82 kg. Aiming for 87-90 kg range before I cut. #gymstr

i am curious how you are approaching your caloric surplus -- are you eating certain kinds of foods more than others? prioritizing certain macros? etc
