What exercises did you do to strengthen your back?

I do a variety of exercises to strengthen my core and back, including the traditional back exercises.
Pushups really help because they are balanced and controlled.
I am working on improving my deadlift techniques.
Also heavy bag boxing helps me a lot.

Oh yeah, mixed dead-lift routines, hyper-extensions, bent over rows, and good morning.
