Very cool. I just proved that it works. I created a #nostr #safebox on a random relay using the safebox command line tool. I deposited funds via the command line tool. I went to the web app recovery page, entered the seed phrase and the random relay of this newly created safebox. And boom, my #safebox and its funds are now a lightning-enabled wallet!
