I made a Telegram bot that auto-replies to new or infrequent users. Scammers impersonating devs and DMing users are very common in wallet chat groups. My hope is that this will prevent people from getting scammed. The bot written in Deno and you can easily deploy it on Deno Deploy (or self-host ongithub.com/hsjoberg/telegram-autoreplier-bot Code is released under public domain. Waiting for close usually indicates connectivity problems to the peer. For coop close you need to communicate with the peer. Try manually connecting in settings -> Lightning Network -> Show Lightning Peers -> +.
