Phoenix used to be solid for me but recently it’s had problems connecting with any lightning server
It means that payments/receipts failed
It also seems to have forgotten that I already paid the 3000 sats to fund the original channel open. Don’t see any point in paying it all over again

They charge you again when a new channel needs to be open. If you only receive and don't send, all the liquidity of your channel is at your side, you don't have inbound liquidity, ana a new channel needs to be opened.
