Day 4: Lion Diet Challenge
It’s been hard to break my routine of starting the day with eggs, bacon, and cafecito. And I miss cheese.
Today, I ate but didn’t feel satisfied. I usually like to add steak, shrimp, or a few pieces of cheese.
I did have more energy today than on previous days.
