My dad has stage 4 cancer and has made the personal choice to “fight” with chemo, radiation, and all that jazz. I have seen him suffer all year. Now, he is in the hospital again and just called to inform me that they found a mass in his brain. It’s a depressing situation because he wants to live so bad, but his body doesn’t. I don’t like sharing stuff like this because I don’t wanna be a buzzkill, but if you don’t see me note as much or in a good mood, I got some stuff going on.

That's so heartbreaking. You'll get a lot of people offering all sort of tips, I'm not usually one to do that. Yet, this is one piece of information I cannot pass up on letting you know about. It's solid research and in this quick YouTube interview it explains it very simply (and in only a few minutes). Please do make time to view: (I've set it up to start at the right start time for you). It’s vital for you and our dad to know. P.S. If you do have a little more time, this might be worth viewing also, just for your own information
