The reason is so the illegals and criminals can vote Democrat in the elections. The liberal party was trying to change that up in Canada too so anyone can vote regardless of their citizenship. The liberal party already removed the restriction that only Canadians can enlist in the military. Liberal party is extremely corrupt. Conservative party same deal but they are sneakier about it.
