I'm officially stating that I've been wrong about Stop Making Sense since I first saw it ~30 yrs ago. Hard to imagine a better way to see a concert. The film feels so real that I kept being tempted to applaud. Props to the tireless Chris Frantz and the incredible backing singers.

...The inclusion of a Tom Tom Club segment (with official banner behind them) was a little weird, and felt like the result of some contractual agreement. They could have just done their bit without Byrne and without the big (literal) banner ad.
