Good Haddock you don't need a job in order to learn and not be considered a junior dev. 100% of my skill came from things i did for my self on my own time. Work stuff was just some noise i had to do to pay the bills. If you're not doing and learning things outside of your job, you chose a really bad career path and should reconsider your life choices.
