I kept thinking that what I was doing wasn't good enough, that I needed to be better. Somehow. I didn't know what better was, but the message was always "be better". How often do we fall into that trap, when in fact we were just fine already. We are what we are, and that's enough. Nothing wrong with wanting to be better and grow and learn, but it's not good when you constantly feel that you HAVE to be better.
