Bro with skinny arms and a little gut complimented my physique at the gym. I told him: consistency, effort and food are the key.
He told me he is “mostly vegetarian” and wouldn’t do carnivore bc of “cholesterol”. I explained that the lipid hypothesis is bullshit and is built on fraudulence. He shrugged and said “whatever works” and kept on being a weak bitch 😂
