use your hands! if you’re actually talking about trying to relieve some downward pressure from your neck/base of the skull- i do this often, and it is such an effective technique ~ standing, soft knees, hips level. palms on the sides of your jaw. pinky’s/middlefingers hook under the base of the skull (might need to interlace fingers). relax your shoulders. push upwards using forearms, while BREATHING. or try this:
