Mysterious Ferret is blivet-gui still supported upstream? I kinda liked it (and the variant in anaconda) and got used to it -- and would welcome it. But maybe I'm an odd case in that regard… But it's at least somewhat closer to gparted and the Ubuntu installer, which might be what many people are used to (especially those that used to use partition magic back in the middle ages)

Smiling Falcon Technically when installing from a Live image there is nothing to prevent you to use any partitioning tool (including blivet-gui or gparted) before running the installer. But embedding it directly in Anaconda is tricky and cancels out one of the benefits of the Web UI - namely ability to reduce dependency on GTK. Thus reusing Storage component from Cockpit feels like a better fit. I would be interested in learning why blivet-gui feels better. Is it the visualization?
