Energetic Caterpillar I signed out. A lot of people signed out. A lot of people aren't signed up. Doing things this way means that *everyone* on the site now has their reach limited to *only* people who have accounts. No more embeds. No more randomly spotting your stuff. No more *using peoples' posts* to garner interest in making an account. And what's more, he's just stated that if you MAKE an account, you'll only be able to look at 300 tweets per day. 600 once you get past an arbitrary time wall.

Boiling Constrictor I left pre-Musk, and never was tempted to return. Occasionally, I would be diverted from an article that embedded a tweet. Now, I won't be. As to the new rules, 🤷‍♂️ If they hurt too much, Qwitter will just adjust. None of the celebrities, politicians, journalists...seem to have left. But having to sign in, if you have an account is not a chore.
