You could rent a bin, tear it all off yourself and replace the plywood and apply dimensional shingles instead of slate. I haven't roofed in ten years so I'm sure what the pricing of that would be.

so many of those well built old homes in detroit just ruined by neglect.
alot of people trying to renovate usually have to just bail because some niggers will come in and steal their newly replaced copper and plumbing fixtures.
