I found Umbrel to be quite a good OS. It has a method for running any Docker container including relays like HAVEN. I haven't tested this is a while but it should work.

Why do you need back up to your post ? I mean logically if no one can not take your post down then there is no need for back up don’t you think ?
When you post to other people's relays they have no obligation to keep your notes long term. It's up to them and whatever policies they set. Running your own is easy and puts you in full control.
