I found Umbrel to be quite a good OS. It has a method for running any Docker container including relays like HAVEN. I haven't tested this is a while but it should work.

I am sorry, I don't really know but suggest it might be worth a test. I remember that Umbrel uses Tor for making itself available outside of the local network in a way that felt a bit like magic. I know Umbrel shipped their own official personal relay, which I found to work but be overall poor vs

Why do you need back up to your post ? I mean logically if no one can not take your post down then there is no need for back up don’t you think ?

When you post to other people's relays they have no obligation to keep your notes long term. It's up to them and whatever policies they set. Running your own is easy and puts you in full control.
