Panicky Egret the feeling of coordinating a heist where every player has their own thing they are contributing to in realtime* even if the characters aren't in the same room *(I mean like, things happen at the same time for the players even if some of it is flashback/setup.... like you could have a diplomat character negotiating things in the past to set up stuff that affects the heist in the present but it's really all happening in the current game session)

Uptight Haddock Oh, that's a super neat idea. I know some popular systems these days use a setup kind of like that, but I like the idea of really going to town on it. Really lean into the "meta" aspect of it to the point where it becomes part of the ordinary flow.
