Fifty years ago, this piece of furniture sat in my grandparent’s kitchen.
It had a heavy black rotary-dial landline phone on the top shelf and The Yellow Pages and Thomas Maps on the bottom shelf.
Today, I’m using a device that takes pictures, makes phone calls, can search the world’s addresses, and guides me to my destination with voice.
Technology is advancing - exponentially.
As I’ve learned from Jeff Booth, advances in technology make prices fall to their marginal cost of production. And sure enough, the camera, search, and map apps on my phone are free.
