You got this! Breaking the habit of eating when bored will be stronger that the feeling of hunger. Fasting is a mental challenge.

I've been doing time restricting eating for a couple of months & I'm really good but this morning without thinking I ate some dried apple as I had just dehydrated a bunch of them. The habit of eating whenever food is front of you is very strong. But as I say I'm generally good and even though I get hungry some mornings I never eat before midday & I'm usually awake befor 5:30am. It feels good.
