I always put it down to the fact that #hvac contractors are always dealing with uncomfortable people. If you are there, they were uncomfortable enough to call you. Uncomfortable people are irrational. They also tend to forget how uncomfortable they were when it comes time to pay the invoice! #customers #grownostr
