actually i don't know why new york city would build a skyscraper prison there's no way it makes sense logistically to build a prison in a place where real estate is so expensive. perhaps some other feddy verse user knows the true motive. on the other hand, american cities are dumb and waste money for no reason all the time, so maybe i shouldn't find it suspicious thank you for reading my blog post
