I mean, I have other devices connected in the same room, but that power outlet specifically is shared with other power-intensive electronics (especially my smart TV, my Hi-Fi and a couple of Hue lights). Thanks for the tip of adding an external battery to absorb the shocks, that sounds like the first think I'll try on my new device!
