well in this case i know it's to do with nerves and muscles because there is systemic problems with nerves and muscles if you also have problems wth cramps probably if you got your pathology done they'd say your kidney function was low and maybe other organs are having problems, and urinalysis of excreted minerals would probably also show you are dumping magnesium, calcium and potassium if it came on suddenly like it did to me it can be from kidney damage

Cramps? In my eyes? No, no cramps of any sort anywhere. Just went from 20/20 to needing reading glasses a couple years ago. 1.0, 1.25, 1.5 over say 9 months or so, followed by getting tested and getting proper (expensive) glasses, 6 months later had to upgrade, and another 6 months to latest pair (around a 2.5 or 2.75, I can't recall). And already I can feel it's not as good as 2 months ago when I got the latest pair, especially when reading monitors (they're at an annoying in-between distance compared to phone/tablet and regular looking at stuff). I'm assured this isn't that unusual but reading vision is pretty trash at this point without glasses (even pretty big writing) and this trend scares me :( Would be willing to try something if it might help restore my glorious eyesight, even a little bit. Glasses suck
