ĐØⱠⱠ School tried teaching me about nutrition, in 3rd grade they told me the food pyramid is no longer being followed and told us to do this instead. Gave us cutouts and said to use it during meal time to plan out food. but major flaw. If you eat Big banan - 100+ calories vs handful of grape same with heavy cream vs 2% milks. 70% lean beef vs one chiock breast.
