Turn your attention to how you are breathing. Are you breathing from the chest? Or the belly?
If you're breathing from the chest, sit up. Put a hand just below your rib cage. Take a breath, and inflate your stomach. Do this gently! Then, exhale slowly and gently press the belly into the spine.
Take five breaths this way.
