Hi, The main issue was dubble kyc. You need to verify the receiving address wit same name. So if u send to a different exchange, no problem if u are registered with kyc there. My example was sending to a self custody wallet. Send Ove 990 usd was not allowed. That’s a problem! Have a grand day😉maybe im just being difficult😂
