trick I use to limit social media (that I’ll post now on social media and cut off for the day 😅) Move the app. I find my motion memory being the biggest problem. So I move it to a different position on a different page, then place an app that i should check more in its old spot 😆 Combining that with the OS app limits is really helpful.
