It used to bother me too, but then I changed my perspective… Right before I turned 30, I bought Aqunaut It was a killer deal and a crime of opportunity back the to score it well under retail. First scratch I got was at a dog park when a poodle with a sandy tennis ball came up to me and grazed it. That first scratch hurt. Fast forward a few years later, and I got into a fist fight with a communist at a Bernie rally, put a ding in it, and this continued. FFwd 12 yrs later, and I love that watch more than any other, and it tells the story of my 30s. It has so much wear on it, all while it appreciated exponentially in value, and I’ll never polish it.

Patek! Aren't those worth like 200k?! Haha, guessing not this one... Very nice, and good story with it. Random - gave new Apple show a look other day. Stars John Hamm, as an out of luck rich guy who starts stealing and fencing friends' expensive watches lol. Not a bad show actually
