This is just dogwhistling to a very specific segment of the population who Trump apparently feels obligated to keep pandering to. We haven't had an official language since the founding of our country and it's never been an issue. But, now it's a pressing issue that Biden should have resolved but didn't because he was old and living in a basement. It's insane that this type of reasoning is what guides US policy now.
