Find an accountability partner, or a group, and keep each other accountable for staying healthy. It was too easy for me to slide out of my good habits the past 5 years or so, all kinds of excuses in my head. A couple weeks ago I asked Steven Lubka to help keep me accountable and itβs been the key to actually building some momentum.
