At the beginning of 2024, the FCA restricted UK retail access to Bitcoin ETFs to 'protect' investors. Since then, Bitcoin has risen from £36,854 to £73,600, up 100%, still 12% below its all-time high.
It seems the FCA is protecting investors from the best-performing asset of the decade.
