So, I'm worried about so many individual instance operators feeling overwhelmed and alone.
We started Lucky Gerbil partly to move to a more sustainable model. I feel really supported by the other members of the coop. We're all in it together.
It's moving in the right direction, but it's going to take time.
But what can we all <gestures broadly> do to help individual operators who are feeling overwhelmed?
Some sort of HugOps Hotline to give em a break for a day or two?

Terrible Heron Evan, I raised this point with Solid Aardwolf during a conversation last week.
I think there is a place for a "meta" provider to coops for services. Could include legal/admin (business ops), safety & especially tech ops.
No one coop needs dedicated people for these functions so they look to volunteers.
Coops pooling together could potentially share costs.
