In Argentina, this was called "asymmetric pesification." It was one of the biggest scams in the country's history. Now it's the Bolivians' turn. Another disaster of socialism! If people understood Bitcoin and escaped the perverse fiat system, we would live in a happier world, but unfortunately, these same thieving rulers are also the ones responsible for keeping their people in ignorance.
