If I wanted to donate 1 day a week to building a new nuclear power station in Africa. What would I be doing on those days?

Find $10b+, lobby for permission in the target country, lobby for permission from the US, these are probably the hard parts. Then it takes a lot of time to build too. Molten salt reactors seem really promising but they're not really established yet afaik.
