It’s plum mango season! This exotic tropical fruit comes around only once a year, so I make the most of it.
I made a plum mango pie—a fun twist on key lime pie. It’s sweet and tangy, citrusy and refreshing, topped with cream cheese frosting and a drizzle of salted caramel.
