Immense Impala "our system only provides data in CNS format" where CNS format looks like a CSV with some random stuff at the beginning and end.
Probably a developer typo that's become an internal standard format by accident.
Chubby Moose Immense Impala Elexon now does XML and JSON feeds too, and I switched to the latter... Maybe it runs on something that isn't a mainframe...
