How much for that jar? Something like this would be probably too expensive in Europe. I sometimes see simmilar and it’s like 4x more expensive than “regular” (but still pasture raised) czech beef tallow. I usually get tallow from from a local farmer (but “local” like 300km away… so I have to plan ahead) and it’s suprisingly cheap.
