Pleasant Goose My understanding is that Matrix isn't easy to deploy and has lots of bugs. Unions and similar orgs simply don't have the enough tech-experienced staff to support something like that. I'd be delighted to be disabused of this notion if there are unions and such that are happy Matrix users.
