after some more thinking, bitkey seems pretty sick for people like my dad that don't understand bitcoin and want a storage solution that's decently secure.

Iām Gen X, Iām technical so have a Coldcard etc but no one I know of my age (degree educated) would stand a chance with a Coldcard - your invention looks like an incredible attempt for trying to address that market with self-custody. šš»
