Husky Baboon Hushed Cattle Disturbed Bear I feel like this is a worthwhile argument to be had: Why isn't everyone paid residuals? afaik VFX artists are salaried or contractors without residuals. Why isn't everyone paid a salary? I have no overview who gets what or why. Maybe I would be better off if I was paid a residual for my game dev work, maybe writers would be better off if they got good salaries up front that aren't performance based? I honestly don't know
