Just ate edamame "spaghetti" (with some store bought tomato sauce with Italian herbs) and they're awful, gummy, flavourless, not enjoyable at all. It felt like eating wet paper with tomato sauce! I adore edamame, just boiled with some salt! I just seem to hate all low-carb food imitations! The problem is I boiled the entire package planning to take the rest to work for lunch.
