I’ve spent a lot of time in NYC, where EVERYBODY has a certain disregard for walk signals. I try to bring that attitude to wherever I happen to be — flagrantly jaywalking whenever it isn’t dangerous — and my absolute favorite part of that is when somebody else, who had been waiting for the signal, jaywalks after they see me do it.
