If we had a tagging system like this, I would be a prolific tagger and checker of tags. I would be known for it. It would be a key part of my reputation.
At nostr's current size, everyone would know I'm someone they can go to for help if they're bothered by a bullshit deceptive tag someone put on their profile.
There are some people other than me would have good reputations with this system. For example, YODL is one of the people that would be known for seeing conversations through and never just dodging the same question over and over.

I read and liked some of what the original tagging note said earlier, but it was laced with too much personal drama (tsk tsk) for me to reply to.
