Crumble: 2tbsp melted butter (& then cooled) 50g sugar 30g AP flour Dry: 240 AP flour 200g sugar 2tsp baking powder 1/2tsp baking soda 1/2tsp salt 1TBSP corn starch (we did more AP flour) Zest of half lemon 150g blueberries Wet: 113g melted butter 2 eggs 125g sourdough starter 45g sour cream (we did 20g raw milk) 5g vanilla extract 1. Make crumble, set to side 2. Wet ingredients: mix sugar & melted butter. Then add rest of wet ingredients 3. Dry ingredients: mix all except blueberries. Then add blueberries 4. Add wet to dry ingredients 5. 350 degrees for 30-35 mins
