Option removal. No, fuck that. Increase the limit? That’s fine. I think we should disable P2MS by default in policy as well.

What if they increase the limit to 4mb? Who should decide where the upper limit should be? The community. So make core not have it and we can make forks with varrying degrees of it and let people run whatever fork they want.
