The feature I *really* want to see in a video-playback UI (TV remote, Netflix, Hulu, whatever) is: A single button-press that jumps the playback 10 seconds, turns on subtitles, then turns the subtitles back off after 15-20 seconds. Yes, it should be called the "what did they say?" button.
