Wide Goldfish Mute Jellyfish rereading my prior message I now see it's badly worded - alarming, in the context that if the government legislates (given their usual level of understanding of technology) I fear the fallout.. given the governments track record wouldn't it be.. safer, for a judge to specify if a scenario arised where it can be "relied upon"? I guess the nearest equivalent for what I'm thinking of, for humans, would be hearsay?
