If "PACK THE COURTS" is a losing message, there is no way we are going to pack the courts because it indicates that enough among us are more put off by the phrase than they are with the loss of abortion rights, affirmative action, and soon to come: LGBTQ rights. Plus, wouldn't people feel insulted if they did not like the phrase, were okay with some other phrase, and those we elected packed the courts anyway?
